How do I report a broken water pipe or water leak?

If you have or see a water emergency, such as a broken water main/fire hydrant or water gushing from the middle of the street, call the City of McKinney at 972-547-7360 24-hours a day. Remember that the City of McKinney cannot repair leaks on the customer side of the meter. If the water emergency involves an area of Association responsibility, such as sprinklers, bubblers, fountains, etc., please contact the Craig Ranch Community Association at 972-548-9191.​
I smell natural gas. Who do I contact?

If you smell gas in or around your home, please vacate the area and call CoServ at 940-321-7800 to report it immediately!

How do I report suspicious activity?

If you feel that life or property is in immediate danger, dial 911.

To report non-emergency suspicious activity, you may contact the McKinney Police Department's Non-Emergency line at 972-547-2700.

If someone's cat/dog is running free, to whom do I report this?

Please call the City of McKinney Animal Control at 972-547-7445 (Monday - Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. After normal business hours, press option number one).

My neighbor's dog will not stop barking. To whom do I report this?

Please notify City of McKinney Animal Control at 972-547-7445 to file a complaint. The address of the barking dog is required. Animal Services will send a letter to the owner of the barking dog notifying them of the complaint. (The identity of the complainant is confidential). If a second complaint is received within 10 days after the first letter, then Animal Services will send an officer to talk to the owner. If the letter and visit from the officer do not satisfy the problem, the complainant must file a complaint with the Municipal Court.

What is a Resale Certificate?
A Resale Certificate is a disclosure package to be provided upon request by the association upon each transfer of ownership of individual property subject to association membership. Information in the disclosure package, among other items, includes a summary of assessment account status, copies of association governing documents, certificates of association insurance, financial statements, annual budget, and a notice of pending litigation if any.
A resale or refinance certificate can be requested online at www.cmamanagement.com.
